What about refunds, how do you handle them?

Quickly, no hassle. If you receive any toner, drum, fuser unit and it does not work upon receipt or the first 30 days. Contact US, and we will issue you a replacement unit, as per our refund policy. If you find that it is defective say after 90 days? Again contact us, our 1 year warranty against defects will resolve this problem. This will also apply to our Hp 134A compatible toner

I Live in Calgary, you are in Ontario. How fast will I get my toners.

I would say between 1 - 3 business days via Purolator, UPS or Fed Ex. Orders received by 3pm ET are shipped the same business day. An order for our Hp 134A compatible toner normally arrives on Day 2 or 3.

I currently get 4,000 page yield, will I get the same with our toners?
