Shipping policy
All orders are shipped out by Next Business Day, (Mon-Fri) via Purolator, Fed Ex, UPS or Canada Post, Expedited Post with a tracking number. Note: Shipped out next business day, does not always mean next day delivery.
The majority of orders are delivered within 1-3 days to all major cities in Ontario, Quebec, Eastern Canada, Urban areas of BC, Alberta
Rural areas/Outside of major centers in BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Nova Scotia may take up to 5 Days.
No FREE Shipping on orders to Newfoundland, Nunavut, NWT or the Yukon Territory.
Orders are only Shipped within Canada, NO orders processed to the US.
Express shipping is available in Canada upon payment of a supplement and will be provided by Purolator or UPS.
If you have provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address, the order will be returned to our offices. NO refund will be given in these cases. - Please See Refund section for further information.
Tracking - You can track your order by going to Purolator or Canada Post, enter the tracking number provided for up to the minute information.
