Refund policy
When the order arrives: Immediately check for any damages and that the order is correct. if not you must contact us within 7 Days info@sprinttoner.ca If a replacement toner is required it would be shipped at this time, as well as a Return Label if applicable, at no additional cost to you.
Defective Toners: Contact us at info@sprinttoner.ca and explain the problem, and we will arrange for a replacement. You will NOT have to pay any additional fees. However this must be completed within 30 days of purchase. If we cannot resolve the issue then a full refund will be given, in lieu of a replacement toners.
You changed your mind and the Order is not longer required: you MUST request a return prior to 30 days of receipt. After this point no refund will be given. You must pay the return shipping to our offices under these circumstances, The order must be returned in the original unopened boxes. and FREE from any damage. If there is any damage, then no refund will be given. Under some circumstances a restocking charge can me charged up to a max of $35.00.
Incorrect Address: You will have to pay for additional shipping costs, if the order has to be redirected to another address, once the first order has been shipped.
No Refund will be processed until the toners are returned to our offices. If there is any damage this will be deducted off any applicable refund
