By placing an order you acknowledge that you have reviewed all conditions and policy, and accept the conditions outlined. When you receive your order, it is your responsibility to check and review it for damage and correctness within 7 Days of receipt. If there is any concerns or questions, you MUST contact us a info@SprintToner.ca within 10 Business days of receipt. After this point we will not accept responsibility for any damages.

Price Guarantee: Once a price is confirmed on our site, that price is guaranteed for this order.
Descriptions: Please ensure you have ordered the correct product, review descriptions prior to purchase. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me prior to purchase. Your order can be changed if you contact us prior to shipping. After this point charges will apply.

Storage: Toner Cartridges will deteriorate over time. If you order a product and do not use it for 10 months for example, the toner may have deteriorated, please be aware of this point at time of purchase, as it may be better to order them at a later date. Store all toners in a dry place free from swings in humidity. If you do not use the toner within 30 days of receipt we will not refund or replace if any item is defective.
Shelf Life; Toner does expire and is guaranteed for one year from date of purchase, not date you start using the toner.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee: All toners/drums/fuser units carry our 1 year Warranty against defectives for one year from date of purchase. Applies to all toner, drum units supplied by Sprint Toner. If any of our products are damaged enroute, you MUST advice us via email within 7 days of receipt. It will be replacement, once the damaged order is returned. We will forward you a prepaid label to handle the return. When you begin to use the products, and the quality is not to your satisfaction or they are defective, contact us with the details and we will arrange for a replacement, within 30 days of receipt. Sometimes we can offer you immediate instructions to resolve the problem as well so the inconvenience of replacement can be avoided.
