Just received new toner, something is wrong!
What ever the issue, contact the supplier so they can resolve the issue for you. I know you are frustrated, DO not assume you were cheated. Errors happen, faulty toner, damage in shipping etc. They may be able to solve the problem right away, or will provide you with a solution. Allow them the chance to try.
