Who do you buy from?

What do you look for?  Price only?  Quality of the toner?  Customer Service? Canadian company yes/no?

Or all the above?  - Prices can and do fluctuate among the various sites  So choose 1 or 2 that you are comfortable with.

Quality. Compatible toners can be consistent among suppliers, however some variations do exists. If not stored properly the density and colours will not give you consistent text, graphics.

We only seem to consider customer service when something goes wrong, and also varies between suppliers. How to be sure in advance. Look at reviews for an indication or contact them prior to purchase. How do they respond to your concerns?

Canadian Company.  This is important to me. I can contact someone in Canada if I have an issue. Delivery and delays are less of an issue and can be resolved quickly
